RAW/VEGAN COCONUT CURRY CARROT SOUP



Ingredients:

3 Carrots
1C Coconut Milk
1/2 Avocado
2 cloves of Garlic
1T Lemon juice
1/2" fresh Ginger 
1/2t Sea Salt
1/2t Curry 

Mix in Vitamix until warm. 

Garnish with Green Onion and serve.
