Ingredients:
1C Quinoa2C water
Sea Salt to taste
Cook until Quinoa is done
ADD:
1T Coconut Oil3/4C Coconut Milk (I use Sweetened/Vanilla)
2-3 Mushrooms, chopped
2 Green Onions, chopped
1t Green Curry
Mix and heat until Coconut Milk is absorbed.
Serves 2-3
