Raw Sushi





Ingredients:
Cauliflower for rice
Seaweed
Avocado
Carrots (shredded or matchstick)
Green Onion

I use Bragg's Liquid Amino as a Soy Sauce alternative.


(use your imagination to make your own combination)


Cut the cauliflower into even sized pieces and process in the food processor until it is grain size, like rice.


Lay seaweed on rolling mat.

Press cauliflower onto half of seaweed.



Add other ingredients and roll (use a little water to stick the end) and cut. If the rolls are not tight, they will fall apart when you cut them.








Roll tightly.




I usually cut it half, then halves again until I have 8 pieces.
