RAW/VEGAN COCONUT CURRY CARROT SOUP



Ingredients:

3 Carrots
1C Coconut Milk
1/2 Avocado
2 cloves of Garlic
1T Lemon juice
1/2" fresh Ginger 
1/2t Sea Salt
1/2t Curry 

Mix in Vitamix until warm. 

Garnish with Green Onion and serve.

RAW/VEGAN NUTELLA BALLS


Ingredients:

1/2C Chopped Raw Hazelnuts
2T Raw Cacao
16 pitted Dates
1t Raw Agave or Maple Syrup (not raw)

Blend in food processor until starts to form a ball. 

Roll into balls. 

Enjoy!!

RAW GREEN MORNING GLORY


Ingredients:

1C Frozen Spinach (or Kale)
7 Chunks of frozen Pineapple
Small chunk of fresh Ginger
Whole Lemon
20 oz of Pure Water

Mix in Vitamix and drink


The vitamin C in pineapple and lemon helps with absorption of Iron.

RAW/VEGAN BERRY CHIA PUDDING



Ingredients:

1C Coconut Milk (or other non-dairy milk) - I use sweetened vanilla
1/2C Berries (fresh or frozen)
1t Vanilla

Mix in the Vitamix

Stir in 1/3C of Chia seeds, let sit for 2 minutes and stir again. Wait approximately 25 minutes for it to thicken. 

It's ready to eat. Enjoy!



Adjust amounts as needed. Add a little Raw Agave or Maple Syrup (not raw) to sweeten if needed. Will keep in fridge.

(for a variety use raw cacao powder instead of berries for a chocolate version)

Chia seeds are a great source of energy, known as the 'runners' food.
