Raw Garden Burger


This is an ALL time favorite in our house!!! Makes 5-6 burgers.

1/4C flax seeds - grind in coffee grinder or magic bullet
1/2C sunflower seeds - ground
pulp from 4-6 carrots OR put the carrots in the food processor until finely chopped and drain all the juice
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/3C fresh parsley, finely chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1t garlic powder
1t dill weed
1/4t pepper
2t liquid braggs amino (a natural substitute for soy sauce)
1t sea salt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl by hand and make patties.

You can use romaine lettuce as a the bun or kale (remove the thick stem). I like to eat mine with a slice of tomato and slivers of avocado.
